Training where your team already works.
Instead of sending your people to a training centre, our tutors come to you. They deliver in your workplace, around your operations, using your real processes and equipment as the context. Your team learns in the environment where they'll apply the skills — so the gap between training and application shrinks to zero. No travel costs. No venue hire. No lost time. Just practical, face-to-face training that fits your business.

onsite delivery
What Is On-Site Delivery?
On-site delivery is exactly what it sounds like: we bring the training to your workplace.
Your factory floor. Your warehouse. Your construction site. Your office meeting room. Your canteen. A community venue you've booked for the day. Anywhere your team can gather and learn — that's where we deliver.
Instead of learners travelling to a training centre, sitting in an unfamiliar room, and working through examples that have nothing to do with their actual job, our tutors come to you. They set up in your space, work around your schedule, and deliver training that references your real processes, your real equipment and your real challenges.
This is a core part of how UTraining works. We believe face-to-face is how adults learn best — and we believe it works even better when it happens where the learning will actually be used.
It's a delivery model, not a course type
On-site delivery isn't a specific course — it's how and where we deliver. It works with any of our training types: commercial courses, bespoke programmes, qualification programmes, workforce development. You choose what you want; we bring it to you
Your space is the training space
No hiring a conference room. No paying for a training venue. No coordinating travel for a dozen people. If you've got a room or an area where people can sit, see a screen or whiteboard, and engage — you've got a training venue.
We work around your operations
Early mornings, shift patterns, split sessions across the day, weekends if needed. We fit the training to your business — not the other way round. Your production line keeps running. Your site stays operational. Your team learns without disappearing for three days.
Why Choose On-Site Delivery?
The benefits are practical, not promotional. Here's what on-site delivery gives you that a training centre can't.
Minimum disruption
Your learners don't travel. They train where they work. Less downtime, less lost productivity, no travel costs or time. The training fits around your operations — not the other way round.
Real workplace context
Training delivered in the actual environment where learners will apply the skills. Our tutors can walk the shop floor, reference your real processes, point at your actual equipment, and use your day-to-day challenges as live examples. The training isn't abstract — it's grounded in your reality.
Practical application, immediately
Because we're on-site, learners can apply what they're learning to their actual job, their actual processes and their actual equipment — straight away. The gap between training and application shrinks to zero. They don't go back to work on Monday and try to remember what a trainer said in a hotel conference room. They've already been doing it.
Cohort flexibility
Train a full team, a department, or a small group of three. We scale to suit your numbers and your budget. No minimum cohort requirements that force you to fill seats you don't need.
Familiar environment
Learners are more comfortable and more engaged in their own workplace. No cold training room in an unfamiliar building. No sitting next to strangers from other companies. Just your team, your space, your context — and a tutor who's there to work with you.
Tailored to your space and schedule
We work around your operations. Early mornings, shift patterns, split sessions, weekends if needed. We fit the training to your business, not the other way round. If your team can't all be released at once, we'll deliver in blocks that keep your operation running.
No venue costs
No hiring a training room. No paying for a conference centre. No travel expenses for your team. No overnight accommodation. Your space is the training space — and that's money saved that can go towards training more people or going deeper on the content.
Your branding, your language, your terminology
We use your internal language, your acronyms, your way of describing things. Learners experience it as your training — not a course bolted on from outside. It feels seamless because it is.

process
How it works
A straightforward process — from first conversation to training delivered on your site.
You tell us what you need — the course or programme, the number of learners, your site, and any scheduling constraints. We'll talk through the practicalities: what space you have available, what equipment we'll need to bring, and how the training can fit around your operations. No obligation, no pressure.
We'll discuss your venue — what room or area is available, how many people it can comfortably hold, whether there's a screen or whiteboard, and any access or safety considerations (especially for industrial or construction sites). We'll also confirm scheduling: whether you need full days, half-day blocks, split sessions across shifts, or something else entirely. We adapt to your reality, not the other way round.
Our tutor arrives at your site with everything needed for the session — materials, workbooks, presentation equipment, any specialist tools or resources. We set up in your space. We work around your operations. Your team arrives ready to learn — in a place they already know.
The training happens. 100% face-to-face, practical, and grounded in your workplace context. Our tutors reference your real processes, your real equipment and your real challenges throughout. Learners apply what they're learning to their actual job — not a textbook example.
Because the training happened on-site, learners can put it into practice straight away. No delay between learning and doing. No 'we'll try this when we get back to the office.' They've already been doing it — in the place where it matters.
What you need to provide
Less than you think. Here's the honest answer.
What we need from you
A space where people can gather

A meeting room. A canteen. A training area on the shop floor. A breakout space in your warehouse. A clean, quiet corner of your construction site cabin. Anywhere your team can sit, see a screen or whiteboard, and engage with the session.

That's it. That's the list.
What you don't need
You do NOT need:
-
A state-of-the-art training facility
-
A dedicated conference room with AV equipment
-
Desktop computers or laptops for each learner
-
Anything that looks like a corporate training suite
If you've got a room with a table, some chairs, and a wall we can project onto or pin a flipchart to — you're ready.
What we bring
We bring everything else:
-
Qualified, experienced tutors who understand workplace contexts
-
All training materials — workbooks, handouts, exercise sheets
-
Presentation equipment — portable screen/projector if needed, flipchart, markers
-
Specialist resources — anything course-specific (e.g. simulation materials, process mapping templates, assessment paperwork)
-
Green Circular Economy principles — embedded in all our provision by default, unless you specifically request otherwise
If you're unsure whether your space will work, just ask. We've delivered in spaces that range from purpose-built training rooms to a corner of a production line. If your team can gather there, we can probably train there.
Who it's for
If you've got a workplace where people gather, we can deliver there. On-site delivery works across sectors and workplace types — here's where it's most common.
Manufacturing & Processing Plants
Factory floors, production lines, processing facilities. We deliver in training rooms, canteens, or dedicated areas on the shop floor. Tutors reference your real equipment, your real processes and your real quality challenges throughout.
Warehouses & Distribution Centres
Large teams, shift patterns, limited release time. On-site delivery means we can train in blocks that keep your operation running — before the morning shift, between peaks, or in split sessions across the day.
Construction Sites
Site cabins, welfare units, or temporary training areas on site. Our tutors are comfortable in live construction environments and adapt delivery to fit site conditions, safety requirements and weather. Expanding into civil engineering and groundworks too.
Offices & Council Buildings
Meeting rooms, boardrooms, breakout spaces. On-site delivery works for administration and customer service teams, leadership and management development, and any office-based workforce training.
Colleges & Community Venues
If you're a partner organisation, a college, or a community group with a venue — we'll come to you. Useful for pre-employment cohorts, employability programmes, and partnership-funded delivery where learners gather in one place.
Anywhere else your team can gather
If it's not on this list and you've got a space, ask. We've delivered in places that wouldn't feature in a training brochure — and they've worked because the right people were in the room.
Outcomes & Impact
Outcomes that speak for themselves
We focus on results — for learners and for employers. On-site delivery doesn't just make logistics easier. It produces better outcomes, because training happens where it's used.

Face-to-face delivery
Our learners don't just complete courses. They finish with skills they use, confidence they keep, and outcomes that matter to their employer. Our employers don't just receive training. They get a partner who measures impact and stays accountable to results.
On-site delivery amplifies this. When training happens in the workplace, learners apply it immediately. Tutors see the real context and adapt in real time. Employers see the impact sooner — because the change starts on day one, not after the course ends.
We'd rather show you what we've done than tell you how good we are. Case studies and employer references available on request.
